People’s American Stories will not be held liable for any material in which they improved on to the best of there ability and any podcast interviewee that does not agree or dislikes the edited podcast will be responsible in an email written form to remove such unwanted material. Any such requests should be submitted to markpresleyproductions@yahoo.com People’s American Stories has the ownership of all podcasts and has the right to refuse any requests of any podcast interviewee who may make such a request.

People’s American Stories will not sell any submitted or recorded interviewee podcasts and any profit that is made by People’s American Stories will be made by donations or from advertisers.
